Wakeups Logging and Support Guide
At Prospect Hill, we prioritize the well-being of our participants and the accuracy of our reporting. Below are essential steps and guidelines to ensure wakeups are logged correctly while adhering to NDIS compliance and our internal policies.
- Log Every Wakeup: Every time you assist a participant during their sleep, ensure you log the wakeup start and end times using the website.
- Redirect Participants to Bed: Always attempt to redirect the participant to bed unless it is an emergency or the assistance is genuinely required.
- Accurate Details: Provide a clear and concise description of the task performed during the wakeup to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Unnecessary Wakeups: Prospect Hill reserves the right to decline wakeups if logged for unnecessary reasons or when an attempt to redirect the participant to bed has not been made.
